Manage Agents
View, edit, duplicate, and delete your agents from the Agent Management page.
Manage Agents
Open Agents from the left sidebar to reach the Agent Management page, which lists every agent in the project.
The agents list
Each row shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The agent's name — click it to open and edit the agent. |
| Channel | Voice or Text / API — shown when voice evaluation is enabled. See Voice agents. |
| Description | The agent's grounding description (empty if it uses an uploaded document). |
| Method | The HTTP method the request uses. |
| URL | The endpoint the agent calls. |
| Auth | Connection health for agents with managed authentication — for example Re-authenticate when a stored token needs a fresh sign-in. See Authentication. |
| Actions | Duplicate or delete the agent. |
Use the search box to filter by Name, Description, or URL.
Add an agent
Click Add agent to open the agent composer. See Create an Agent.
Edit an agent
Click an agent's Name to open the composer, make your changes, and click Save changes.
Duplicate an agent
Use the Duplicate action in the row to create a copy named <name> (copy). Duplicating is handy when a new agent shares most of an existing one's request setup.
Delete an agent
Use the Delete action, then confirm in the Delete agent dialog. Deletion cannot be undone, but past experiment runs that referenced the agent keep their snapshot.

Create an Agent
Register your endpoint, add grounding, map the response, and test the request before using the agent in evals.
Connection modes
Configure how AI Evals talks to your agent — synchronous responses, asynchronous callbacks or SDK traces, and streaming over SSE — plus authentication, variables, and session handling.
